Sales Contract

that came into existence between ............................................ ( name, address, identity card number, phone ) further : Seller
and .............................................. ( name, address, identity card number, phone ) further : Buyer with the conditions as follows:

1. The named dog is owned by the Seller:

2. The Seller sells, the Buyer will purchase the named animal known and described in the first point at the agreed price for ….............................. Euro that is …........................... Euro.

3. At the same time of signing of the contract the Seller shows the FCI paper and takes responsibility for the data are real quoted on the Document of Origin.

4. The Buyer declares that he/she purchases the animal for the purpose of either Hobby or Exhibition and Breeding animal. ( one of them is for underlining)

5. The Buyer declares that the Seller has informed him/her about the risks that should emerge with the buying of the above mentioned puppy for the purpose of breeding and taking it into exhibitions, because the animal can develop disadvantageously and later it cannot fulfill its primary purpose.The Buyer signs the contract with the knowledge of all this information.The Buyer will set aside of all kinds of claims that may based on the acquired illnesses and insufficiencies coming from the rearing.It doesn’t contain of the illnesses that origin from the hereditary and after handing the dog, the vet states it and confirms it, that this illness has had to exist at the Buyer.

6. The Seller declares the vaccinations that the puppy has had till the day of the signing of the contract ( the day of the vaccination, the name of the vaccination):

The Seller has to take care of the vaccinations till the day of handig the puppy over.The Seller gives the Vaccination Booklet to the Buyer together with the puppy and after it the Buyer has to bear the responsibilty regarding to all kinds of vaccinations.
The Seller informs the Buyers about the dates of the puppy’s disinfestions.

7. At the same time the Seller gives the FCI paper to the Buyer with the information that it belongs to the MEOE and should the animal die the paper must be sent back.After the cancellation the paper can be sent back on request of the Owner.

8. The Seller hands over the above mentioned animal and the relevant documents to the Buyer in case of the whole purchase price is paid and contributes the modification of the owner’s name.

9. In case of the Seller doesn’t meet his/her commitments stated in the 8. point, the Buyer has the right to waive the contract and at the same time the Seller has to pay back the double sum of the earnest money for the Buyer.

10. The parties agree that if the subject matter of the contract should die till the date of the payment, no parties can be reckoned faulty for the miscarriage of the contract, so the Seller has to pay back just the real amount of the earnest money.

11. Further arrangements:

I guarantee the above mentioned puppy till its first birthday, that is ................................with the following conditions:

We guarantee the health condition of the puppies stated in the 5. point.

Either for the breeding or the hobby purpose the healthy dog is the most important, so we can only take guarantee for the inborn health disorders.

In the case of faulty fulfilment the Seller declares, that from the receiving the official vet report that states that the dog is suffering from an inborn disorder or it died, the Seller will pay back half of the purchasing price for the Buyer, that is ............................. Euro. The validity is from one month to six months, from the date of receiving the vet report.In this case the genuine vaccination book should be accompanied by the certification, and these documents will have to be sent to the MEOE, where they will be cancelled.Only in this case the guarantee comes into existence.

12. The parties to this contract have read the compact with all its points, they have acknowledged it, and they obliged themselves to keep the contract and confirms it with their signatures in front of two witnesses.
